• Our records are delivered via email to you and where possible, are maintained in walk sequence postal order. The list includes the following elements:
  • Salutation - such as "To Our Friends At" (can be anything you choose)
  • Full Address - includes all address elements - INCLUDING THE UNIT/APT # - PLUS everything necessary to construct the USPS barcode.
  • CASS certification from the USPS making you eligible for maximum postal discounts.
  • Free unlimited consultations if you preparing your mailing yourself.
  • Free format options (either MS Word labels or an Excel file)

   

  If your list is based on specific complexes, either by name or by rental amount, the first 10 are $129 flat through May 31, 2013, regardless of the # of units in each. After 10, each additional complex pulled is only $10 per complex. A great deal even at $10 per complex - compared to what others charge at over $100 per complex!

  If your list is not based on specific complexes or rental amounts and you are simply pulling multi-family dwellings based on geography only (i.e. carrier routes/zipcodes/cities etc), then you can get up to 5000 records for $85 flat.
  
  **If your mailing list is between 5000 records but less than 15,000 then your price is $125 flat. Over 15,000 multi-family dwelling records, the price is only $7.50 per thousand.

  • We provide your list order data in label format - MS Word DOC (usually Avery Style 5160) for additional $8.00.
  • We can provide you a list of verified "renters." Please inquire if this is the type of list you're looking for.
