A: We maintain a record of all of your previous list rentals, so if you order from this list multiple times, you will receive only unduplicated records as compared against previous orders.

A: Lists are normally fulfilled via email to you in a fixed or comma-separated format.

Q: Can these formats be imported into Excel?

A: Yes. However, if you plan to import your list into Excel, we implore that you pay close attention to ensure that the fields containing the zipcode and the Zip+4 values are imported correctly. Excel doesn't not intuitively recognize fields as zipcodes or zip+4 values, and as such will drop any values with leading zeros ( such as zipcodes in the Northeastern US) if you don't specifiy the zipcode field as "text" in the import wizard Excel employs. So, don't be caught off guard by this!

Q: If I don't want to mess with Excel and mail merging labels in Word, can you provide labels instead?

A: Absolutely. Our Ready-2-Print labels are very popular with our clients, because we eliminate the trial and error associated with figuring out the mail merge functionality between MS Excel and MS Word.. We'll create the labels as a Microsoft Word document (.doc) with all of the necessary fields that is ready to print the moment you receive it. The only thing you need to do is purchase common Avery style label sheets at your local office supply store. Depending on the information that is necessary to fit properly on an individual label, and whether you're running them on a laser or inkjet printer, we'll tell you which Avery (or compatible) SKU# to purchase at the store.
