Pricing starts at $50 per thousand base rate. Additional selection criteria are extra, however, generally speaking, you can develop a precisely targeted list of ARM holders for around $90-$95 per thousand.

Please note that if you require specific information regarding the ARM itself, such as:

• the actual reset / recast date (and the ability to choose to receive the lead 30/60/90 days in advance of the interest rate adjustment date;
• the maximum reset / recast rate,

then you need to use our ARM Resets product below. Our ARM Resets are compiled to include the special ARM riders that accompany the loan documents when being recorded at the courthouse. As you can imagine though, this information is more difficult and costly to collect, validate and compiler...however, DietrichDirect has it available through our ARM Resets product below. These leads are more expensive than leads from our Mortgage Databank, but for those in need of a high degree of specificity, these leads are a must have.

Each of our ARM Reset leads contains:
